Dr. Pablo Gomez

CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Pablo was born and raised in Houston, TX. His family immigrated to the United States from Colombia in the 1990's. The blue-collar lifestyle of his parents and grandparents instilled the principles of discipline and work ethic in him at a very young age.

As a young kid, Dr. Pablo suffered from chronic allergies, sinusitis, and nosebleeds. He developed a severe dependence on over-the-counter medications to get him through the day. Because his family had never heard of the principle of healing from Above Down, Inside Out, using medicines to mask symptoms was very common in Dr. Pablo's life. This fuels his current passion on educating humanity on the true mechanisms of health and correcting the root cause so that people can make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Fast forward to freshman year of college, Dr. Pablo suffered a debilitating spinal injury after a deadlifting accident. At 19 years old, Dr. Pablo was bedridden crawling to and from the bathroom. His pain was so severe he went to the medical doctor to get help. His doctor wrote him a prescription for muscle relaxing and pain killing drugs. This created much disillusionment for Dr. Pablo. "My injury did not come from a lack of pharmaceuticals, so why would that be the answer to my problem?", he thought. Although he had never heard of chiropractic, he deduced that his dysfunction might be coming from a structural problem.

He was recommended to go see a chiropractor and hobbled into the office looking for hope and answers. The doctors took spinographs of him and found that he had vertebral subluxations in his low back. Dr. Pablo got himself under chiropractic care and very quickly saw 100% resolution. This traumatic and painful experience opened the doors for Dr. Pablo to find his passion and purpose in serving humanity.

While attending Parker University in Dallas, TX, Dr. Pablo discovered that pain relief only scratches the surface of the healing Principles of Chiropractic. Alongside his wife, Dr. Daniela, they discovered the Gonstead Method to be the absolute best way to deliver specific, scientific, Principled Chiropractic. They regularly attended extracurricular seminars all across the country to learn from the best chiropractors in the profession (and still do today), and travelled internationally to Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala on mission trips to provide chiropractic to underserved populations.

Now as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Pablo is dedicated to educating his community on true health and healing. Through Gonstead Chiropactic care, he aims to help humanity manifest their greatest health potential.

Dr. Daniela Valdes

CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Daniela was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States at the early age of 4. Traveling back home to visit her family in Cuba throughout her childhood inspired her strong admiration for integrity, education and freedom. These core attributes are still very central in her life and are manifested in her practice. Her goal is to provide all members of her practice with knowledge on true heath and healing so they can feel empowered when making important health choices.

Throughout her childhood she always knew she wanted to help people become healthy. At a young age, she never saw her grandfather in Cuba walk because he had always been in a wheelchair due to severe type 2 diabetes. Her godfather in the United States went through 2 major heart attacks which left a great impact on her. Being around many hospitals and growing up in an allopathic society, she believed the only way to help others be healthy was through medicine.

During her junior year at the University of Houston she was introduced to chiropractic when her boyfriend, now husband - Dr. Pablo, injured his low back, was bedridden and then helped by a chiropractor. Just before his injury, she had begun experiencing unpleasurable symptoms - recurring episodes of severe chest pain. Turning to medical providers for answers she encountered 3, on seperate visits, who all checked her heart, ruled out major pathology and each quickly diagnosed her with "anxiety". It felt like an incomplete answer and she was not satisfied with their quick dismissal of her symptoms because of her young age. After some convincing from Dr. Pablo, she decided to try chiropractic care. When she saw many of her symptoms of chest pain go away, she was intrigued and wanted to learn more. She shadowed a pediatric chiropractor who changed her understanding of what chiropractic is and introduced to her what population of the public she could serve.

These experiences with drug-free health care changed her trajectory and ultimately led her to study chiropractic with Dr. Pablo at Parker University in Dallas. Today in her practice, she is devoted to helping people without drugs or surgeries. She sets out to make sure that her practice members feel heard, are educated on healing and empowered to take action on their health.
